Quick troubleshooting
Try these first.
The game will not open or keeps closing
Close Blockmath completely, restart your device, and install the latest available update. Also check that your device has enough free storage.
The game feels slow or unresponsive
Close other demanding apps, disable battery saver temporarily, and restart Blockmath. If it continues, email us your device model and the level where it happens.
My progress is missing
Do not reinstall the game before contacting support, as local progress may be removed. Tell us what changed just before the progress disappeared.
I found a puzzle or number error
Send the level number and a screenshot of the board to support@tinyproofstudio.com. Puzzle reports are especially helpful while the game is being tested.
